Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days
- First Class / Tracked — 1–3 business days
International shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 7–21 business days.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at onlineflowerseed@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Seasonal Considerations Flower seeds are best sown at specific times of year. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but please be aware that delivery delays outside our control (e.g. Royal Mail disruptions) may affect planting schedules.
