Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping — Items are shipped with RM24 or DPD next day Free 1-2 days
- First Class / Tracked — Items are shipped with RM24 or DPD next day Free 1-2 days
We do not ship to outside the UK
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at onlineflowerseed@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. The seeds are securely packed.
Seasonal Considerations Flower seeds are best sown at specific times of year. Our seeds have a shelf life of at-least 5 years .
